Refund policy

The only warranties applicable to the above-listed products are those honored by the respective manufacturers. The manufacturers will not warranty damage due to improper care or use. Wheel pitting can be caused by brake dust, chemical abuse, or lack of proper maintenance and is not covered by the warranty.  

All requests for returns must include pictures (different views) of each item to be returned and must first be approved. No cash refunds. No refunds or credits without original receipt and original packaging in good condition. Only returns requested within 30 days from the date of delivery will be accepted. Product shipped in error will be accepted, with proof of error provided, at no cost to the customer.  All other eligible returns must be requested within 30-days from delivery. All cost, including  delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. Note that only items returned in the same condition that they were shipped will be accepted. Items damaged in delivery are subject to warranty claims and pictures must be provided.  Wheels and tires are not eligible for return once the tires have been mounted.  All other parts and accessories are not eligible for return once they have been installed.
